Eighteen years old and looks younger. The word 'smol' comes up more than once. What she lacks in size she compensates for with heavy ordnance and an enthusiasm for violence that borders on recreational. Working toward bulky quick-change arms for weapon swapping. Small frame, big guns, zero hesitation.

First appeared at Turbo's bar with Maine's crew. Initial tension with Motoko melted into friendship over netrunning discussions and shared frustration with being underestimated. Rebecca's main grievance with Maine's crew was being relegated to distraction and guard duty instead of real combat roles. Motoko saw a fighter being wasted and invited her along for a Section 9 raid.

The scav power plant raid sealed it. Rebecca got fitted with proper armor, ran a loud assault, and fought like someone finally allowed off the leash. She thanked Motoko afterward for treating her as an equal combatant. From that point she integrated into Section 9 operations as a regular, earning equal pay splits and running jobs alongside Motoko. She teases Motoko about Vik, bickers with everyone, and has never once been told to sit one out.
