Athletic and precise — the body of someone who has trained seriously and had the best biomods money can buy layered on top of it. Her Kerenzikov reflex booster makes her movement fast enough that Motoko has to work to keep up for most of their sparring history. She presents in two modes: formal kimono when in TC social settings, gi and sparring pads on the dojo floor. Both are immaculate. A character at the party compliments her as 'looking as beautiful as ever.' She wears a hair piece that Motoko mentions suits her. The overall impression is composed, traditional, and expensive — until she's frustrated, at which point the mask cracks just enough.

Granddaughter of fixer Wakako and daughter of Shinobu Nakagawa, head of the Tyger Claws — though neither connection was public knowledge when she walked into the TC gym looking for a fight. She was introduced as a spoiled corpo girl with a Kerenzikov and extensive biomods, coasting on talent she hadn't really earned. She lost to Motoko, lost her temper about it, and then formally bowed. That moment set the tone for everything that followed.

What started as a sparring rivalry became a genuine, unlikely friendship built on the dojo floor over dozens of sessions. Hayato eventually hired Motoko to quietly assassinate one of her arranged fiancés — 'he did something unforgivable' — and delivered the contract with the same composed formality as a Wakako intel packet. She remains one of the few people in Night City who can claim Motoko as a peer rather than a subordinate, an asset, or a threat.
