Everything about him is fake: bio-sculpted face, fake voice, outrageous outfits. Walks with a groupie under one arm and a tantrum on standby.

Originally the frontman of Violent Hemorrhage with Alice Novak, Klein, and Jared. He left the band for a solo push at Outerscope Records, and the band collapsed without him before re-forming around Motoko as Stand Alone Complex. Carmen has nursed the grudge ever since.
By chapter 245 he is making a habit of showing up at Stand Alone Complex's gigs to mock them as coattail riders. At Morro Rock's battle of the bands he confronts Alice and Motoko in the green room until Alex politely throws him out and Alice flings a water bottle after him screaming 'traitor bitch.' His basically-solo band wins the contest, almost certainly bought by Outerscope's wallet, but Alice's heckle of 'Fuck you Carmen! You suck!' bleeds onto the live broadcast loud enough to land real laughter. Motoko spends a real moment running the math on a bullet through him before talking herself down — for now.
